A few months ago I had the opportunity to attend a yoga class taught by Bala. The class was at a great pace for me. Bala has a wonderfully calm manner and charming smile. I was able to follow her instructions easily, even when I was in a pose and couldn't see what she was doing. I hope I get to attend another class from her soon!
