I've been getting my hair done with these folks since the beginning of the year. Each and every time I'm in the salon I see the stylists working wonders on the brides, both those there for a planning session and those getting their hair done on their big day. I see them turn Cinderellas (pre-Magic Fairy) into beauties beyond description. I have never seen such stunning work. Makes me wish I could be a bride again.

I'm giving Shellie 2 stars because I never even got a chance to meet with her. Her pricing was great and I was ready to hire her because she was inexpensive compared to others. But I guess you get what you pay for... In fact I didn't get anything. She kept saying she was going to call me. But it was excuse after excuse. I get that people are busy, but 1 month of not following up? I'm over it now. I'd rather pay more for someone who wants the business and keeps the communication lines open than someone who can't keep a promise and take just a little bit of their time to make pick up the phone to call. I think I'm being fair by not giving her just one star... I don't know how good she is with makeup and hair. But I definitely know that her customer service needs more polishing.

Anna, I want to say how sorry I am for not giving you time for your'e wedding needs in Sept. I had gone to OK. to see my mom. I had a call from her of her illness and I wanted to be there while she had all her testing and doctor appointments. The Doctors did not give us a good report. It was hard for me to keep up with any new brides. I had only focused on my mom and my existing brides. I am sure your'e wedding was beautiful and I only wish you blessings with your future and your new life. Shellie

I opened my first flower shope and fell in love withthe Brides and all their needs. and I love my job.
