Elaine, our cleaning professional, was so lovely. My only complaint is that I don't feel the cleaning was as thorough as it could have been (e.g. fingerprints on the fridge still, lots of areas not full dusted, etc.).

I thought I would give this service a try because it had good reviews earlier. I had mentioned that I wanted a deep cleaning around my bathtub areas because my prior cleaner hadn't done a very thorough job. This was going to be a little extra, but that was fine. My cleaner, Dora arrived 40 minutes later than expected. She got good reviews before and was kind. However, she did not do a thorough job missing dust bunnies around the wall edges, missing corners around the sink, not cleaning the tub enough, not wiping down the glass shower doors enough. I asked for her to go over them again, but in the end I had to do it all myself for another 2 hours after she left (revacuuming, scrubbing down mildew, wiping down glass, going around walls collecting dust bunnies). Maybe I should have requested a deep clean, but the regular cleaning was not up to par. I addressed this with the manager, Elena, she gave a 30% discount, but unfortunately, I would not try their service again. Maybe someone else will have better luck.
