For any of you who have wanted to sell a piece of real estate, and only hear the stories of people having to deal with agents who resemble actors right out of a horror movie, I can tell you, from my own experience, that you can save yourself that fate.My daughter and I decided it was time to sell a townhouse I owned in Chula Vista. But, the leading question was, "Who can we call to help us?" Fortunately for us, we looked at the recent sales in the complex and discovered that the same unit had just been sold by Million Real Estate. Mind you this is a Sunday, but we called the number and asked the Agent, Tiffany Ly, if she could meet us at the property. She arrived, and we discussed what we had in mind, and she offered her suggestions as well. I have to say that Tiffany is well versed in maintaining a healthy and cordial selling relationship with all her clients. She is to be praised for keeping the selling process as smooth as she does.This particular sale was going to be a 1031 Exchange, as I wanted to buy a property in Huntington Beach, California. For Tiffany, that was also not a problem.. We worked together for four months, and ended up selling the property and ending up much wiser for the experience.From that point on, I had decided to have Tiffany sell my second property as well.
