Our dryer had just been repaired by a different Thumbtack service provider 5 months ago. Four days ago we noticed strange sounds on this dryer, sounding like a bad belt or bad rollers. When we called the previous service provider they wanted to charge us $65 fee again to look at the dryer, because their warranty is only 90 days. Instead, we called Alpha Appliance and they did a wonderful job. As it turns out, the other Thumbtack service provider only replaced one of the four rollers, and not even the belt during the last repair. All four rollers and the belt come in a single repair kit. Obviously, this was shoddy work. Alpha Appliance replaced all four rollers and the belt, AND for $100 less than the other Thumbtack service provider.

Jesus did a great job. He knew, right from the very start, what the problem was. He told me what it would entail and what the cost would be for him to do the work. He did just what he said he would do and, after finishing the work on our dryer, he took the time to sweep up the mess. I'm very pleased and will definitely call him again, when something else breaks. He's my go-to guy for appliance repair.
