- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the details of the party. This includes how many people will be attending , the location of the party, how many hours the party will last. How many bartenders, servers you will need to help out with your party. The price is generally cheaper when your bartender is allowed to have a tip jar. I always have a contract detailing exactly what we discuss and plan for your party and send a copy to your email for your records. Once hired I require a deposit of 50 percent down. This deposit secures your special day. On the day of your party payment will be collected upon arrival. VENMO is a really great way to transfer money from your bank account to mine without the hassle of dealing with credit cards which also keeps your information private. VENMO is great because they do not charge a service fee for using their company. All credit cards taken the day of event will have a service charge added to the remaining amount. Payment is due upon arrival. Regular clients do receive discounts. My pricing is very reasonable so that is usually never an issue. I am always willing to negotiate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear about the type of party my client is planning on having so I can offer suggestions if needed. Communication is a great way to get to know who you are going to hire or who I will be bartending for. Hospitality to me is arriving at a clients event and leaving feeling like family. I love happy clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years in the bartending/restaurant business. I have a college degree in Business Management. Graduated in the honor court with a 4.0 gpa. I am also in the process of earning my Bachelors degree in nursing. This relates to my work because both degrees teach you how to deal with diverse cultural backgrounds. Its very exciting to bartend , setup, and interact with guests especially on their special day. I enjoy helping make their day special.
