I'm very, very satisfied that I hired Peter Hayes. The major part of the job was selecting and installing exterior moulding around several windows and a doorway. It was not a straightforward job. I had numerous design photos that I was interested in emulating but the way the windows were installed made it a problem. Peter understood what I was trying to achieve and offered a number of suggestions. He also recommended a new wood product of which I was unaware even though I've remodeled 7 houses. Peter communicated very well and we were on the same page to achieve the look I wanted. He was always punctual, kept me updated by phone and text, worked hard, is easy to have around and his fee is reasonable. Best of all, I'm very pleased with the results. (He also removed some wood rot in a door jam and repaired it without the expense of replacing the entire jam.) I highly recommend Peter and plan to hire him for upcoming projects.

Reliable Renovations was outstanding. They did a remodel of our studio apartment, landscaping, as well as finishing work in our main house. They were professional, courteous, and really worked with us to get the remodel exactly as we wanted. We were more than satisfied with the work they did for us.

We highly recommend Peter of Reliable Renovations.
We ran into a big problem when we tried to have new double pane windows installed, the framing on 2 bay windows had extensive dry rot. Thankfully we hired Peter. He was very knowledgeable and put our concerns at ease. We find him to be much more reasonably priced than other contractors we met. He rebuilt two second story bay window frames for us and did an excellent job. He works quick too, in just two days the framing was ready for the new windows to be installed. Even the window installers were impressed with his work! He really cares about his work and that was evident in his attention to detail and willingness to take the extra time to make sure the job was done right. He's also just a really great guy! You will not regret hiring him.
