Grunion construction

My company is a sole proprietorship with just myself and validated tradesmen who preform the labor on jobs. This tight relationship with clients eliminates and prevents requests and responsibility being lost in translation between owner and customers resulting in a finished product which is exactly what was envisioned by the client. When the person who you communicate with on the phone or online with is the person completing your project you form a bond where everyone has the feeling of being on the same page and up to speed. I enjoy putting my name on my work and having excellent customer referrals and references with past clients who inform me that they are willing to provide there private phone numbers or other routes of communication to facilitate this. Obviously this is not something that I request of any of my clients. When customers feel that personal connection which is usually a first for them they reach out to help spread the good word of a great working experience.
