- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The hourly based price we charge is extremely competitive in today’s rates compared with the rates we used to charge years ago! Need I say more?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assess the customer's issue, provide the hourly rate (if I cannot physically estimate the job) then of course provide and estimated quote. Please remember that: “I cannot sell you fish when it is still in the ocean!” Meaning that it is best for any repairs or service work needed is to physically assess the situation for proper estimation. Furthermore, this could actually save you money in the end...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AS Degree in mechanics, many seminars completed in mechanical, electrical and plumbing including appliance repairs and home improvement. Many certifications and diplomas were awarded. Currently finishing up Business Administration... The heart is beating! Never too late for anything!
