I am so excited to write this amazing review for Victor, who recently removed my old flooring and installed luxury vinyl in my home. From start to finish, Victor was an absolute pleasure to work with and his workmanship is truly outstanding.
First and foremost, Victor was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and provided helpful recommendations that ultimately led to a beautiful and functional finished product. He was always punctual and professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with every aspect of the job.
As for the installation itself, I was blown away by the quality of Victor's work. He approached the job with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that every plank of vinyl was laid perfectly and without any flaws. Victor and his team did an amazing job upgrading the floors throughout our entire 1400 ft2 house! From the beginning Victor was responsive, honest and extremely friendly. We even had a personal emergency before the job started that delayed our communication with Victor for about a month but he still kept in touch and we got the job back on track.
Victor and his team took 10 days to remove carpet in 4 rooms and existing flooring, level, and install high-quality vinyl. He and his team put in long days but the whole job was done in 2 weeks! They were also able to preserve the new baseboards we had installed a year earlier because he knew how time-consuming they are to install, and respects the pride that people put into their homes. If I ever wanted to redo my floors again, I’d absolutely call Victor!

We worked with Arias Custom Flooring to lay down wood flooring on the second floor of our home as well as the stairs. Victor and his team did an excellent job. They removed the existing carpet and thoroughly cleaned the dust and debris which had been sitting underneath for decades. They also carefully removed the built in shelves and clothes racks in our closets so that they could replace the flooring underneath. He and and his team clearly communicated what would need to be done and provided a clear accounting of costs incurred. When it came to the stairs he worked with my wife and I to figure out a way to make sure they looked aesthetically pleasing as they had been constructed with the intention of always being carpeted. During our project we were also away from our home for about a week and at no time did I have any concerns with allowing them into our home unsupervised. I would strongly recommend his company to anyone looking to have wood flooring laid out down.

Arias Custom Flooring was interviewed and hired to do my house LVP flooring, which later I changed to engineering hardwood floor. Victor was very responsive with my first inquiries and prompt to help me with all my needs. He went through all the options to replace my carpet and recommended me few places to look for the material. After I picked the place to buy it he guided me on my options. I was able to buy a top quality flooring for the same price or less than buying from a "big-box store" which would have been a much thinner flooring.
The demolition day went very smooth and quick. Victor work with one helper, Raul, which works really fast and effective. Both of them are very respectful and worked the whole project at my house. They were always very courteous and knowledgeable.
Victor goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and always thinking ahead for you to help you plan for future situations. His craftsmanship and attention to details won't go unnoticed. Victor and Raul will always do what they can to help you and make you feel 100% satisfied.
What started as a flooring job grew into carpentry job as well. As we removed the stair railing to install the floor we decided to build a brand new one. Victor was willing to help me and he built a beautiful cable railing with custom made handrail in white oak. He removed all the old wood and custom made all over again.
He is a busy all the time but he'll find time to help you!
I definitely recommend these guys. for any flooring needs and carpentry.

I can’t say enough good things about Arias Custom Flooring. From the beginning, Victor was transparent in pricing of what I could expect and advised me on the product selection and choice for my floors. Throughout the install, Raul was always on time and diligently took care of all the details. Victor and Raul have been amazing to work with and have helped me through the jam of having uneven subfloors and I couldn’t be happier with the finished floors.
