Although no two projects are exactly the same I have over 25 years of experience performing custom projects. I am licensed and insured. I know and comply with all code, permit and OSHA regulations in order to maintain a legal and safe work environment. I have vendor accounts that help me obtain critical supplies expeditiously. I complete your project on time and on budget by observing the old rule to measure twice and cut once. I respect your property and upon completion leave it clean of debris associated with the project.

It was a pleasure to hire Victor to install our floors. We installed 2200 square feet of vinyl flooring in our house. Victor helped us avoid the unnecessary demolition that everyone else kept telling us was necessary. My biggest concern was not replacing the stairs; while Victor is well capable of creating art with wood, we were not ready to replace our banister. As you can see from the pictures, Victor did an amazing job with the vinyl flooring, matching the height of the wood to the vinyl to make it look almost seamless. Everyone else kept telling us that the only way to get our stairs done was to replace the whole staircase. The entire house was completed in a reasonable time, considering that Victor is meticulous about his work. We highly recommend him and look forward to hiring him again for our custom closets and other future projects.

Unskilled, Aggressive, and Took Payment for Unfinished Work
Do not hire Victor for flooring work. My experience with him was a complete disaster from start to finish.
Despite claiming 35 years of experience, his installation was disaster experience. He completely ignored my specific instruction to make the new wood floors level with the existing tiles. A trip hazard was created by a half-inch step between the rooms, which the client found unacceptable
When confronted, he refused to take responsibility. The situation escalated when my construction supervisor arrived to correct him; Victor became verbally aggressive and offensive in front of the client before walking off the job.
He was paid to install 500 sq. ft. but only did half the work. To make matters worse, the client had already given him a free, including a 48 inch Viking stove as a "thank you" gift for a job he never finished.
You will lose money and be left with a huge problem.
