I don't often take the time to write thoughtful reviews but when it came to the service I received from Crews Cleaning, I knew I needed to write about how excellent their service was. First, they asked important questions about what I most wanted cleaned and discussed a game plan with me as to how they planned to address all of my needs. This helped me feel comfortable as this was my first time having a cleaning crew in my home. Then, they got to work, they were efficient and thorough, and they were even amazing with my dog. I couldn't say enough about their team. I went ahead and scheduled bi-monthly services with them. I will update this review based on my future experiences as well. For now I will state that I wish I would have taken before and after pics to post that could help describe how attentive to detail they were. They even cleaned my door knobs and light switches.

I wanted find a local cleaner for my out of state friend. She is on maternity bedrest with her first baby, so I wanted to do something to help her. Being in Texas, and her in California, I use thumbtack to find Shannon. Katherine said Shannon and her team were amazing, promp, and did fantasic work. On the communication side, Shannon answered all of my questions and was very helpful in figuring out the exact need of what I wanted to give Katherine. Another bonus was Shannon offered to stop by and do laundry and get groceries for Katherine, at no additional cost. She has gone above and beyond. I wish there was someone like her in Texas!
