- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with an initial consultation and fitness assessment. It is very important for me to see where my clients are starting from physically as well as emotionally. From there based on their goals I will create a program that best suits them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Ace, NASM, PES and CES, TRX, Kettle bell certified. I am also a certified functional aging specialist and sports nutritionist.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a group fitness instructor at 24 hour fitness 17 years ago and I became a young mother. Just a few years after that I became a personal and master trainer that has loved my job ever since.
