Joey with Top Tier answered my inquiry within an hour (on New Years' Day), and he was able to give me a quote after I sent him a few pictures of the rain gutters. I booked service with Top Tier for the following week. Zach provided me before and after pictures of the gutters and he did a great job! I decided to sign up to have the gutters and drain spouts cleaned every year with Top Tier. Both Joey and Zach and very professional, provide great communication, and also provided before and after pictures of the job. I highly recommend Top Tier!

Joey cleaned our panels a week ago and did a great job. He was prompt and personable and knowledgeable. Even more important, I have monitored the panels production daily after the cleaning. They are producing much better, even when we had a couple cloudy days. His prices are very reasonable and definitely worth it

paid careful attention to details. terrific job. conscientious. Did skylight and solar panels very through. all water used deionized (of course for no streaks or residuals).

Top Tier Exterior Service pricing not only reflects the work we provide but also the customer service and attention to detail that goes along with it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A small Introduction, explain the process of what I do to create a smooth transition of me working on their roof or inside their home. I give before and after pictures for customer satisfaction. Then do a final walk with to make sure expectations are met.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a project coordinator for a commercial data company (understands how a job should be ran, attention to detail and management) , I did doing door to door sales for 4 years at a solar company (I have grit to go create new opportunities, scheduling, customer service, attention to detail and coordination).
