- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take every opportunity to expand my swimming pool and spa knowledge. There are several training seminars I attend during the winter months and I always spend time speaking to the sale reps through the year about the new advancements and products.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working in the pool industry since 2002. My first year of experience was as a laborer for a pool builder in the Chicago suburbs. Enjoying the challenges involved with work in the pool industry, I moved out west for employment with a large pool service company. After a couple years of hard work as a route cleaner I was promoted to an assist manger position and continued my growth of pool knowledge. Eventually, I became the general manager of a pool maintenance & repair branch in San Diego. Here my knowledge expanded with a wide variety of skills which motivated the birth of Blue Pool Solutions. I have had my hands on over 5000 swimming pools and now ready for yours!
