- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer up to 90 minutes per session. My price includes equipment: blocks, straps, essential oils (optional), mats and a customized practice. I also offer group and/or monthly discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New students fill out an agreement waiver and spend some time discussing any concerns or questions. The first session is more of a workshop to evaluate the student's mobility and flexibility. From there, we can begin to build a suitable plan of progression.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed two 200 Hour Yoga Alliance trainings, along with a 40 hour Continued Education of Level 2 Yoga, 30 hour Restorative as well as 50 hour Sculpt training, all through CorePower Yoga. I have also worked with toddlers and adolescents.
