I hired First Electric through Yelp, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Their response time alone was impressive, they had Michael out to my house within an hour of my call.Michael delivered true white-glove service. He was incredibly courteous, professional, and thorough throughout the entire visit. What really stood out was how much time he took to educate me during the troubleshooting process. He didnt just diagnose and repair the issue, he walked me through every step, explained what he was checking, why he was checking it, and made sure I fully understood everything along the way. Honestly, he came across more like a teacher and trusted advisor than just a service technician.He replaced the receptacle, double-checked all the breakers, and helped troubleshoot why my EV wasnt charging. He even went above and beyond by going to my neighbors house to test and troubleshoot the charging cable we were using. That level of effort and customer care is rare these days.This was easily a five-star experience. First Electric and Michael exceeded every expectation I had, and they are now my permanent go-to company for any electrical work I need in the future. Highly recommend.

Michael is a knowledgeable professional and thats sometimes hard to get these days. I typically like to deal directly with owner operators because they are the ones that have the most to lose if something happens.He had to run 110 ish feet up in the attic for where I had my EV spot picked out on the opposite side of my house. He listened to my needs and made some small suggestions that made sense all while keeping it very clean.Is he thorough on his appointments and bid? Yes, absolutely, but who doesn't like that?Leah, is the cherry on top of the team.She is on top of things with a caring attitude thats invaluable these days.Thank you Team!
