Introduction: Lipham Construction is a family owned business passed down through 3 Generations of General Contractors and Custom Home Builders. Having a huge foundation in Residential Construction success in the Southern California region, we have developed a niche of sustainable design + Build construction practices throughout the area. We are experts in not only traditional construction, but have worked closely with the US Dept. Jeff and his team did an amazing job and we will definitely use his services again. He built out our utility room and converted it into a great laundry room (the appliances were previously in the garage). The project included unexpected repairs due to long time outdoor water (damage) that had seeped from the roof through the walls to the floor joists. He paid attention to all the details throughout the project and completed the job in the most professional manner.

Scheduled an estimate with Lipham Construction and they were a no show. They contacted me later that evening apologizing and asked to reschedule for the next morning. Then they arrived late, but at least texted saying that they’re going to be late 5 minutes before they were supposed to show up. When they arrived, we went over what we needed done for our backyard and showed them the design plans and measurements and they asked me to send the plans to them for a formal write up and quote. I sent the plans later that day and never heard from them again.

Kim I believe when we came out after having tobreschedule the appointment due to the fact we are busy it was in the middle of a rainstorm and I believe your husband had me wait on the side of the house in the rain for 15 minutes until he came to allow me in. Your backyard was cluttered with debris and in order to accommodate your project it would have had to be cleared which you had no budget for. Your review is based off of never doing business with us which is in my opinion pretty shallow. We didn’t pursue this because given the attitude and budget of this project we could see a problematic situation arising. I mean honestly who posts a negative review over a contractor who chose not to pursue your project? I hope it all works out. In the future try to not treat people like they are beneath you. You may find you get more positive results
