FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
they should know that they will get what they pay for good quality and professional work. and I am always willing to negotiate prices with customers I am here to help them out with their in-home or outdoor needs. I not here for a quick buck or to make outrageous quotes. I'm here to show my skills and knowledge to the customers. and hopefully create a great business relationship so I could service all their electrical needs in the future.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my process is to get in contact with the customer get to know them a little then set up a date to go and meet them at their home. I do this before giving a price.so I get a chance to see what is really going on and then give the customers a quote that night or the next day.
