Hired several times for 220v outlets and additional 110v normal and GFCI outlets. They did a perfect job and charged less than than the others that bid. I will for sure be calling them next time I need an electrician.

Coast Electric came out to install some wired smoke alarms and to fix several outlets that stopped working. They did a great job with the alarms and found a crimped wire that was causing the outlet problem. After they left the outlets started acting up again. I called them back and they apologized and said they would be out first thing in the morning. The next day after several hours of troubleshooting they determined that the 40 year old panel was toast and it was time for a new one. We new the day was coming. Within about three hours the new panel was installed and all electrical problems solved. The price seemed fair and the work was very professional.

Ignacio responded over a weekend and less than eight hours later solved my electrical problem. This was quite the relief, as I now didn’t have to worry about my elderly father navigating a dimly lit house.
Thanks Ignacio, we will reach out to you in the future for more overdue electrical projects!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive, but most important of all we give our customers the option to pay hourly lomp sum price depending on the type of job or service. There is no standard pricing since no two jobs are the same.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the key, making sure we understand what exactly the customer is looking for so we can explore and give them every option available. Explaining everything as simple as can be is also important to us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Osha certified with safety always in mind. I attended ABC trade school in Anaheim and worked for LA Signal doing electrical since I was young. I continue to attend electrical classes so that I'm always up to date with the NEC.
