Tech is a real pro! Came out in the afternoon, fixed our Wolf oven within an hour. We've had issues with it in the past, tred other repair companies and the same issues kept popping up over and over. Icemaker in our Subzero has been working on and off for a few months now. So lucky to have found Appliance Repair La Quinta! Had our LG fridge go out on us the night before and Victor showed up the next day! Took care of the problem so quickly, none of our food gone bad! We beat competitors' written estimates. Currently we are offering a 20% off labor discount and our service fee starts at $79. It does however get waived upon the completion of repair
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would get the most basic personal info (name, address, phone number, brand and type of the appliance and a symptom of the problem) and dispatch a technician. Most often the service will happen the same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are extremely experienced and are able to repair most appliances on the spot
