- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Starting cost starts at $85 (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom regular clean) for the cleaning service and will go higher depending on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, extra services, etc. Garage, patio and porch cleaning included in the base price if asked for. No extra cost for having pets at home. Window cleaning is an extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would respond back to all new potential clients as soon as possible. Let them know if I'm available on the days they selected, if not I would let them know what are the closest days I can. Will let them know they can call me if there are any questions. And we can go on from there, on setting a date and time for the cleaning service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing this type of work my whole adulthood. I used to work for a cleaning company until I have recently started to do this work on my own.
