Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.

My pilates experience with Spencer has been extraordinary!! I felt changes in my body after just ONE session! I had never experienced anything other than may pilates but working with Spencer on her reformer has been revolutionary. And here I was thinking that pilates was only for old people! I’ve been using Sarah for pilates instruction and all around fitness training. Her style is upbeat and encouraging. Her strengths are pinpointing certain muscle groups and she is great on technique. All around a fantastic trainer. Highly recommended.

I’ve done Pilates with Chelsea dozens of times. She is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. She is patient and knowledgable. She’s helped me when my knee hurt. She’s also really friendly. Definitely recommend.

    Lauren Kokenes is the most effective pilates instructor I've ever worked with. Her workouts are always fun and she teaches me something new every time. Lauren delivered the results that enabled me to take this selfie to send my husband on our 15th anniversary last month.     in the twenty years i have worked with anne i increased my body strength and corrected my posture.with the combination of pilates,bodywork and manuel therapy techniques i was able to develop better self-care skills to manage permanent damage and manage pain.i remain a client because she keeps adding on to her arsenal of techniques and refining existing techniques.

    Lisa is very professional and has been a great trainer. She is always modifying the workouts to fit my needs and prevent any exercises from becoming boring. She also is constantly looking up more exercises to meet what I want to be working on. She seamlessly transitioned my workouts from in the pool to indoor Pilates and yoga when it got too cold, and is helping me improve my flexibility slowly but surely.

    I recently started doing Pilates to better my posture and relieve some lower back pain and let me tell you, it was the best decision I've made. I was hestitant at first but Sarah made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to reach my goals. The studio is inviting and friendly. After 3 weeks, my posture is better and no more back pain!!! You definitely need to check out 360 Fit Haus!

      Maddie has been very helpful in modifying exercises for a knee injury. She was instrumental in helping me lose weight and begin a fitness regime that enabled me to improve my blood glucose numbers so I am no longer prediabetic. Maddie is a good fit for any fitness level- she will take you from where you are at and maximize your potential .

        I met Laurel while she was working at my local health club in Chicago over 12 years ago. She was very knowledgeable about the body and pilates. I certainly felt stronger after weekly private sessions with Laurel so I continued to see her regularly. After a few years I was pregnant with my 1st of 3 pregnancies. Laurel was the best exercise for me during those 3 years! I learned how to work hard while breathing properly in labor positions. I truly believe she was key to me delivering 3 babies without pain medications with the help of a midwife at Prentice Hospital. Birthing classes gave me the information, but Laurel actually helped me practice. She was always patient with me while we worked through aches and pains, yet always pushed me to challenge myself. I highly recommend Laurel to anyone, beginner to advanced, that needs a fantastic pilates instructor. .

        I've been with Pro Fitness Network for about 8 years now. I'm very happy with them. Before finding Pro Fitness I spent time at most every other fitness center in Pasadena. None of them compare. I take the Semi-Personal Training classes. It's a great combination of personal attention and price. I've also enjoyed their massage services, pilates, personal training and accupuncture.
