Excellent service provided by Brian Beck. This was definitely not the standard home TV mount. My project required additional work, knowledge and definitely experience from a pro to make this work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service rates are $125.00 for trip fee and 1st hour if you are within 30 miles of the Rancho Cucamonga area. Each additional hour of service is $85.00
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go to trade shows and get manufacture training on all of the newest products. Certain complex systems require certifications in which I have several.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The enjoyment of providing solutions and working with the latest technology.
