Eric is a talented attorney who truly cares about his clients and stands up for them. He understands the law and science. He is kind, but assertive. He has a rare talent and defines what a trial attorney means. I’m very impressed by how he uses technology as a tool to provide sophisticated representation. Dan and Eric helped get my voice heard before a jury and a verdict in my favor. Even before a difficult judge, they never caved in. Dan’s research skills are impeccable. He quickly thought on his feet, researched challenging issues during our short breaks, and proved the judge and opposing counsel wrong on several issues. They are two heroes!
