Roman was extremely quick with texts and phone calls, explained clearly what he was doing and accurately estimated the cost of the job, completed the work quickly and well, and cleaned up after he was done. He replaced the fill valve for my toilet and in the process identified that I also needed a new angle valve, which he replaced. Though no fault of his own, there was a tiny leak after the replacement was done, and Roman came back at no charge the next day and fixed it. His prices are very reasonable and even lower than what other plumbers had quoted me.
