Raman was very responsive and arranged a time to meet the very next day. Despite the rain,l and it being a Sunday morning, he was prompt, thorough and was able to fix both issues with my French doors. One door would not latch (ie expanded frame/misalignment?) and the other needed weatherproofing as water was accumulating at bottom frame due to recent heavy rain. He took a couple of hours to complete the work and charged a very reasonable rate. I will definitely bring him back to address any other issues I have in my home.
