The people from ARC were very professional starting with Nina. Once we got the ball rolling she was keeping me up to date on who was coming over and what I needed to do. Joe, Tyrone, and Danny were punctual and got my mold out of my room. Overall, very pleased with them.

ARC came to my house the day I contacted them, assessed the situation (fungal growth covering 100% of the soil in my crawl space), and proposed a plan within an hour of being here. They immediately got to work, carefully removing 3 layers of soil and then set up several fans under the house which ran continuously for a few days, drying out the area completely. They came back a few days later, removed the fans, sprayed a layer of preventative and covered the entire floor of the crawl space with a barrier. I would call them again if I ever needed to, but I don't think that will be necessary.

Our basement flooded a bit with the heavy rain and a failed sump pump. They came by same day and assessed the situation and got stuff started drying. Joe and Sam were a helpful crew. Would hire ARC again, although I hope we won't need to.
