We recently had an issue with extremely low water pressure throughout our home and called Doctor Drains for help. I came home from work and noticed water all over my garage floor. When I looked up into the ceiling, it was literally raining inside my garage. I quickly got on Thumbtack and found Doctor Drains. They responded immediately and were at my home in no time.

Technician Jordan was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain and show me exactly what was causing the problem. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and was very reasonable with his pricing.

The issue turned out to be a pinhole leak in a copper pipe. Jordan repaired it within an hour, and we were back up and running with no more leaks.
