- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What the customer should know about my pricing is that I am in a place of negotiation. Although I am not new to the industry, I am new to thumbtack. I am offering discounted rates for the next couple months while I build my reputation here.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every new customer I offer a phone consultation to get to better know the customer and their wants and needs. I then send a proposal detailing what I offer in attention to their goals, along with the cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training includes working in a fast paced mixology bar with a seasonally changing menu. My background in liquor marketing has given me a plethora of knowledge on every type of spirit and how it’s made, who has the best quality, and which are the crowd favorites.
