FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a phone call or message. A homeowner reaches out with an idea- maybe a new kitchen, backyard, or home update they’ve been thinking about. We take the time to listen and understand what they really want. Next, we meet in person. We walk the space together, share ideas, and talk honestly about the vision, timeline and other options. We believe good projects start with clear communication, so there are no surprises later. After that, we put together a clear plan and estimate. Once everything is approved, we schedule the work and get started. During the project, we show up on time, keep the work area clean, and stay in touch so the customer always knows what’s happening. When the job is finished, we do a final walkthrough together. We don’t consider the project complete until the customer is happy and proud of their space. At Kamame Remodeling, every project is treated like it’s our own home- with care, quality, and respect from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Kamame Remodeling, our training comes from years of hands-on experience and strong family roots in construction. Our founder learned the trade working alongside his father, who has over 30 years of experience in building and remodeling. We are fully licensed in California with a B General Contracting license and a C-27 Landscaping license, and our team is trained to follow high standards for quality, safety, and professionalism on every project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with all kinds of homeowners- people updating their forever home, families preparing a house to sell, first-time buyers fixing up a starter home, and everyone in between. Some customers want a full remodel, others need smaller updates or landscaping improvements, but all of them want quality, clear communication, and a team they can trust. We’re proud to serve people with different styles and we treat every project with the same care and attention.
