I have been eating Valerie's Health Supportive Cooking for a few months now, and cannot even begin to express how amazing it has been. Not only am I leading a much healthier life, but the quality and taste are second to none. I have used Valerie's expertise to help construct a great plan for all of my meals each week. Valerie is very great at communicating that she can tailor her plan to each individuals needs, wants, and restrictions. She has an immense amount of knowledge in the culinary space, almost a decade of experience working in the restaurant industry at various levels, and has a tremendous drive and passion for what she believes in. For me personally, I do not have any dietary restrictions-- but like everyone I do have preferences and favorite meals. Valerie has been able to include all of my favorite dishes in the health supportive plan that she made for me. Furthermore, I look forward to dining with friends and family at an upcoming event that Valerie will be catering for. Phenomenal!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am constantly educating myself making sure I am up to date in the food industry. I also take public culinary classes at different culinary schools to make sure I am always incorporating new cuisine and knowledge for my clients.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Nutrition and cooking have always been a passion of mine so I decided to merge the two and attend a Health Supportive Culinary School. I am so happy and pleased with my decision and am excited to share my expertise with my future clients!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I prepare all meals throughout the week based on dietary restrictions and the clients wants and needs.
