Amir really made the process simple for our garage addition (ADU conversion). They took care of the plans and City permits and they did the actual construction too. They have a professional team of seasoned engineers and construction crew. They helped us throughout the design & construction phase with great ideas that were cost efficient and practical that served our purpose effectively. It’s obvious that they have a lot of experience and are detailed oriented. My wife and I actually found out that Amir had remodeled our son’s school back in 2006 and had done an outstanding job for our school District and had left a good reputation in our community!

I don’t normally write a review, however CPM/2A Construction went beyond expectations in customer satisfaction. Our home was no easy feat!! We would highly recommend 2A Construction/CPM to anyone. Communication throughout the project was outstanding and their professionalism and attention to details definitely shows in the finished product.

It was great working with Amir and his team. They did my second-floor hard wood flooring approximately 4300 sf. And they did a fantastic job! They had effective supervision on daily basis. Everyone well trained, polite and hygiene considerate specially during this Covid time…

Amir is truly a professional. He has done several projects for us and recently did a room addition for my rental house in Woodland Hills. He took care of all the drawings and permits including the construction work. His work is impeccable, quick, efficient and on budget.

Had a great experience with 2A Construction Co. it was apparent that that the crew took pride in their work and really cared about the product they put out.
