I valued Joe Stevens and his partner's professionalism. They were punctual, polite and responsible. Their communication was helpful when I asked them to draw the image from my descriptions and they drew the images the exact way I wanted. I looked for other illustrators online and saw their sample drawings, but Joe Stevens excellent work quality was the only one that caught my attention.
