Karl was awesome. Helped us find a solution to better connectivity throughout the house with Ethernet outlets in each room. Don’t have everyone working on Wi-Fi anymore but direct access. Works great and the kids aren’t fighting anymore and I have Wi-Fi to myself! Thanks Karl for coming out on Sunday and making it happen😀
