Ilya was able to come to the house rather quickly. He diagnosed the issue, though he had to order the part, it arrived in a few days. We were on vacation, and our friend who took care of the installation of the bad part, said he was prompt and took care of the repair with professionalism. I would definitely use Ilya again

Ilyak did a great job repairing the broken door hinge on our Kitchenaid dishwasher. Basically the heavy door would fall open and the pulley mechanism was replaced. I reached out on Sunday, he came by Monday and all was fixed on Tuesday. 5 stars, definitely recommend and would book again!
