Ilya’s a gem. I highly recommend him for your appliance repairs. He can repair many more appliances than just “Washer Dryer Repair.” Take a look at his 150+ photos on the Thumbtack site. My appliance is a 2014 Samsung refrigerator. For more than a few months, ice was building up behind the panel in back of the refrig, and on the interior back wall, and under the vegetable drawers. The freezer unit would build up with frost, too. It was so fun clearing out as much as I could in both parts of the refrigerator every couple of months, but I finally succumbed to reality. Fix it or get rid of it. Until last week, I had never used Thumbtack to find a “pro” for any of my household fixup needs. Now, I believe I was very clever to have picked out the best person to repair my 2014 Samsung refrigerator. Ilya responded within a few hours of my request to have someone come to give an estimate on repairs needed or to tell me I should just buy a new refrigerator. He came out within the 48-hour time period I asked for and was able to quickly and thoroughly give me the diagnosis. I felt secure in hiring Ilya to repair the fridge. Two days later, he arrived and the work was done within several hours. My refrigerator is like new.

Ilya was able to come to the house rather quickly. He diagnosed the issue, though he had to order the part, it arrived in a few days. We were on vacation, and our friend who took care of the installation of the bad part, said he was prompt and took care of the repair with professionalism. I would definitely use Ilya again
