Rich was great. He worked with a small sapce and minimal direction. Guess got drinks filled quickly and he mainted a nice orderly presentation. I would highly recommend his service and would like to hire again for future events.
Rich did an excellent job bartending at our Holiday Party. He arrived early, dressed professionally, prepped the bar area, even ran out and got a few things we missed. He was very cordial with our guests and was knowledgeable enough to accommodated everyone's drink requests. Look forward to using his services next time !

We hired Richard to bartend a party of about 50 adults. He was great!! His drinks were on par, he supplied me a list of alcohol that would serve my clients, he stayed late and cleaned up !! I will definitely hire Richard for all my future bartending needs

Rich was AMAZING!! He brought an assistant with him, James... also great! Best idea ever was to hire a service to handle the bartending for our son's 30th birthday party as the list of guests grew to over 100!! We looked into the idea of hiring a bartender only about a week before the event. Rich spent almost an hour on the phone discussing their services and exploring our needs to confirm for us that hiring someone was the right fit. There was no doubt after the first phone call. Rich was easy to contact leading up to the party and provided a list of alcohol and amounts he recommended to suit our needs. They were well prepared and efficient. Rich made sure everyone was taken care of throughout the night of the party. Professional, respectful, and approachable!! Will definitely hire again if we have another large gathering, especially at our home. They really saved the day!!! Thank you again to Rich and James for helping us to make this event so memorable and incredibly special for everyone!!

I highly recommend Tradewinds Hospitality! Richard did an exceptional job bartending my husbands 40th birthday party. He was prompt, attentive and a great conversationalist to our guests. He took the time to walk around the party and refill guest's drinks so they wouldn't have to step away from conversation, the game, or entertainment they were enjoying to go to the bar. Richard also helped me menu plan the bar set up so I could ensure a great selection for my guests. He even stayed later than planned to help keep the party going. I received numerous compliments from my guests about his service. Thank you, Richard!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base rates on proximity to destination as well as on industry standard hourly amounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct a 30 minute phone consultation with client to discuss party details and drink / food menu.
After phone consult, I compile a list of product for the event and email to client to help in their planning stages.
Upon arriving at event location, I allow 1 hour prior to guest arrival for prep and bar set up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal bartending training through National Bartending Schools of America.
In addition, I have been providing personal bartending service since 1993 and have worked bartending at 4 different resort hotel brands.
