- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base rates on proximity to destination as well as on industry standard hourly amounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct a 30 minute phone consultation with client to discuss party details and drink / food menu. After phone consult, I compile a list of product for the event and email to client to help in their planning stages. Upon arriving at event location, I allow 1 hour prior to guest arrival for prep and bar set up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal bartending training through National Bartending Schools of America. In addition, I have been providing personal bartending service since 1993 and have worked bartending at 4 different resort hotel brands.
