  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Go with someone who you can trust. You know you are going to a trustworthy company when they are willing to tell you "Hey this is what you can do to save money or its not worth the repair." And I always say look at Yelp. People dont lie, and it will give you a great incite on the business its self.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Im a retired US Marine. I wish customer knew that rice doesnt help water damage! It used to when our phones were older and big and bulky. But with multiple layer motherboards and connections that are as small as a piece of pasta, rice doesnt get in to those small areas anymore. You need a professional to get in there. Also dont wait with water damage even if your not having issues get in to a professional ASAP. If you get fast you will have a simple dry out process (we use special chemicals to remove the water) but if you wait until you have issues with your phone you will end up replacing parts and it can add up!
