Avi was a great contractor that I worked with in Orange County for a garage remodel. He was the first to respond and offered a great price for the remodel compared to other teams. They started on the project immediately and worked with my schedule and flexibility, which was really valuable to me. They installed the flooring and cabinets very well and to my specifications, making sure the installation was done correctly and safely. Finally, he did a great job with the cleanup and checked with me throughout the entire process. I will reach out to him again when there’s another project I have. Thank you Avi!

We didn’t go with OT Builders but we found the process to be very professional and informative. Our representative, Mattan was very responsive and transparent with the questions we had. Due to timing and budgeting we decided to go a different route. We would recommend this company.

Tom designed us a beautiful outdoor kitchen area that met our budget requirements. His teams expanded our patio area, installed stone pavers on the pool decking, installed a new pool enclosure, and built a new outdoor kitchen. His teams provided professional and high quality work. Tom was flexible and very responsive. We are very happy with our new outdoor area, it is better than we imagined it could be. We will be using Tom on future projects at our house and would highly recommend O T Bay Builders.

Wow, simply WOW!!! Could not be happier with our kitchen and bathroom remodel done by the incomparable OT Builders crew! Their attention to detail, unbeatable work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction have our house looking better than ever. The Project Management executed by Matan was perfection. He was attentive, communicative, professional, and a joy to be around! He and everyone we worked with at OT Builders take tremendous pride in their work. We will absolutely be using them again for our 2nd bathroom remodel, flooring redo, and potential garage conversion, as I couldn’t imagine working with any other team. Before deciding to go with OT Builders, we contacted 4 different companies to get bids. OT Builders far outshone the other options based on customer service and clarity of vision. Though not the cheapest or fastest option, Matan from OT Builders was honest and reasonable and won our bid. The reno process consisted of a design portion, budget reviews, scope revisions (as we requested), and a clearly articulated final budget, which helped us to feel fully aware of all necessary aspects of our project and made the result that much sweeter, as we didn’t have too many unexpected changes.
