From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, efficient, and stress-free.Scheduling was simple and flexible. I appreciated how responsive the team was to my inquiries and they messaged me when they were on their way, and they answered all my questions promptly and provided a clear breakdown of the services included. They also sent a confirmation and reminder before the appointment, which was a nice.The cleaning crew arrived right on time, fully equipped, and ready to get to work. They were polite, respectful of my home, and wore shoe covers to avoid tracking in dirt. I immediately felt at ease having them in my space.Every room sparkled when they were done. They paid attention to the small details baseboards were wiped down, ceiling fans dusted, and even the grout in the bathroom tiles looked refreshed. The kitchen, which I thought was beyond saving, looked brand new.
