I appreciated how responsive the team was to my inquiries and they messaged me when they were on their way, and they answered all my questions promptly and provided a clear breakdown of the services included. They also sent a confirmation and reminder before the appointment, which was a nice.The cleaning crew arrived right on time, fully equipped, and ready to get to work. They were polite, respectful of my home, and wore shoe covers to avoid tracking in dirt. I immediately felt at ease having them in my space.Every room sparkled when they were done. They paid attention to the small details baseboards were wiped down, ceiling fans dusted, and even the grout in the bathroom tiles looked refreshed. The kitchen, which I thought was beyond saving, looked brand new. They cleaned inside appliances (including the oven and fridge), and everything smelled fresh and clean without being overly scented.Even though it was a deep clean, the team worked efficiently and finished within the estimated time frame. I’ve been using this company for over 2 years, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. They are a professional, friendly, and trustworthy team with an amazing work ethic.
They use eco-friendly products that are safe for kids and pets, and my home always feels fresh, clean, and beautifully organized after every visit. They are extremely detail-oriented — they vacuum thoroughly, clean every corner, and make sure everything looks perfect before they leave.
