A&A were very responsive, and overall they did an ok job. While some areas looked great, others were overlooked. I wouldn’t describe them as particularly detail-oriented, contrary to what some reviews suggest. Due to the Santa Ana winds carrying ash from nearby fires, I hadn’t been able to keep the floors clean. We had discussed focusing on the floors, but that attention was lacking.
