Called out Pacific Blue Roofing for a leak in our bathroom air/fan vent. Nicole was super prompt with a response and very helpful. Grayson came out right on time. Professional and friendly, he quickly determined and resolved the issue. We are relieved no major repair is needed, but we will 100% use Pacific Blue if/when that time comes. 5 star service all the way.

Had to replace one broken roof tile. Was having trouble finding anyone who would take on such a small job. Pacific Blue Roofing came within 24 hrs and charged me a fair price. Customer service was extremely responsive as well. Highly recommend Pacific Blur to anyone who needs a roofing job big or small.

Had a wonderful experience with PBR! Honest, knowledgeable and responsive! I had my roof tune up. Replaced broken tiles, resecured loose tiles and sealed and painted roof proper and vents. Fairly priced! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had a very small job to fix a few broken tiles on my roof. This is not really suitable for the typical route of roof repair where minimum job size is a thing. Rather than simply turn me away (which 2 other roofers did), Pacific Blue Roofing put me in direct contact with one of their roofers in a "handyman" capacity to do the same quality work for a very fair price.
I now have a fixed roof. thank you!

Nicole was great about letting me know when she would have someone available to fix some roof tiles and clean my gutters. She was great about keeping me apprised of her crew's arrival time and was also terrific replying to any questions I had. Zach arrived as scheduled and was polite, friendly and quick in starting the job. I could hear him adjusting concrete tiles and saw him cleaning out the gutters. He was also very good about cleaning up gutter debris that unavoidably fell around perimeter of house. Very pleased with the professionalism and all-around friendliness of this company / staff.

we have found that are pricing seems to be in the middle of the pack. WE offer discounts to seniors and military vets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Darren comes out and does a free estimate of the job. He then give options of repair or replace. then goes over process and time line with customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S degree, military, and 35 years experience in construction . Specializing in roofing, facia, paint, repairs and pressure washing.
