- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour, with a small distance fee if travel to the customer’s location is required. Remote sessions have no travel fee. There’s a 30-minute minimum charge per job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss the issue or project goals to understand exactly what’s needed. Then I provide an estimated time and cost before starting any work. For ongoing or complex projects, I keep the customer updated at each stage and verify satisfaction before closing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members hold advanced degrees—Master of Science in Computer Science and Master of Science in Computer Engineering—with 15+ years of practical experience in IT, networking, and software development.
