Mike called us when he was going to be a little late, spent over two hours on our roof (28 solar panels) and showed us pictures of the panels after he finished. They looked brand new and we saw our output jump from a comparable 2.8 W to 3.3 W. His charge was also much more reasonable than the competition. Completely satisfactory!
