Outstanding Service from Tanner at Kickout Termite!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Tanner from Kickout Termite, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. We had concerns about an antique dresser in our infant son’s room, and Tanner came out promptly to inspect it. Unfortunately, the dresser did have termites, but thanks to Tanner’s expertise, we caught the issue early.
From the moment he arrived, Tanner was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He meticulously examined every drawer, joint, and hidden space within the dresser, ensuring he had a complete understanding of the extent of the infestation. His attention to detail was truly impressive, and he took the time to explain everything to us in a clear and reassuring manner.
Once the inspection was complete, Tanner applied a localized treatment with great care, making sure to address the problem effectively while keeping safety in mind—especially since this was in our baby’s room. Our prices vary depending on the type of treatment needed and the extent of damage. Our initial inspection is free including a detailed report. We offer many discounts, so don’t hesitate to ask!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After understanding the customers needs, we will schedule an inspection of the property and/or areas of concern. After assessment, we will go over findings and recommendations with a detailed report.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I poses a branch 3 Operator license with over 15 years of hands on experience. I also undergo continuous education classes to stay updated on industry advancement and safety.
