Elena has been incredibly helpful in teaching my husband and I how to communicate with each other. We are currently five sessions in and have seen improvement since the first meeting. As with anything though, it is up to us as a couple to put the lessons and information given to is into practice and make it a part of our routine. Having her as an educated third party in the relationship has taught us how to talk through things respectfully and not just in the heat of the moment. I’m glad that we decided to reach out to her because it’s been very healthy for us to look at our relationship through a different lens. Also, a side note, there can be some stigma associated with seeking out marriage counseling. There should not be. When I mentioned to my friends and coworkers that my husband and I were seeking counseling, the responses varied from, “Uh oh, is everything okay?” to, “Oof, that sounds like a lot of work.” I tell them that yes, it’s a time commitment, but I also tell them that I think anyone who is planning to marry or may already be married, will benefit from learning how to successfully navigate a long term relationship. The tools we’ve picked up along the way are helping us in all other realms of our life as well. With Elena it’s more than relationship counseling, it’s learning how to improve all aspects of your life, beginning with you.

I was skeptical about talking to a marriage counselor about our problems. I didn't believe that our problems would go away simply by talking to a counselor. I thought to myself that if I couldn't fix it, how can someone else? But after talking to Elena, my fiance and I understood our problems were caused by us having a misunderstanding about each other. And the amazing part was that she did this in only 2 sessions. My fiance and I are impressed with Elena and her work. Before talking to Elena, I was to the point of calling off our wedding and calling it quits. Some days, I would stay over time at work just to avoid being home. Now, my fiance and I can't be away from each other for too long. To those men and women out there who think marriage counseling doesn't work, trust me; I didn't believe in it either. My only regret is not finding help sooner. At first, I thought I was the only one dealing with these types of problems, but after talking to Elena I realized I wasn't alone. She took the time without being bias to get to the core issues of our relationship to give us insightful recommendations to enhance our marriage to another level. The care and passion Elena has for her clients are commendable. I can't thank her enough for her generosity and making us feel comfortable to open up and truly solve problems and issues at hand. We, as a couple, after attending only two therapy sessions, are doing much better than before, and the results are tremendous. Trust me, it will change your life and relationship. As a young couple, we were unsure about our future and if we would be able to accomplish a healthy platform for our relationship to stand on. We began seeking out therapists and found Elena. She has been helping us tremendously. She taught us about love and respect in the right way, how to give each other our best versions of ourselves, how to regulate how we talk to each other, and more. She gives us homework that helps us continue to work on ourselves outside of therapy that really helps us. I can confidently say for the first time in our four years of dating I feel secure about our future and so much of that security came from Elena.

We were at a very difficult place to before coming to the Elena. We could not communicate with each other without starting to argue, often reaching a stand still. The very ways we tried to communicate we’re making communication impossible. Committing to seeing a Couples coach was the best first step. And just seeing Elena weekly kept us both focussed on continually growing a better relationship. The tools Elena gave us, (our morning greeting, hugs throughout the day and working towards cuddling time) all helped us come together through little steps. The book Elena had us read “Men are from Mars Women are from Venus” was eye opening for me. I was always trying to solve each problem My GF was telling me about. When all she really needed was for me to hear her out. Our communication and commitment to improving our communication has been incredible and seeing Elena for these few months has improved and actually saved the joy in our relationship.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free 15-20 min consultation, no obligations. The advice or exercises that you will be given during this session is for you to keep, anyway, if we work together or not. After your first session I will offer you customized package deal prices to meet your needs. I accept payment through PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo. I also take credit card payments over the phone using Square. (Using Zelle and Venmo allows you to skip a processing fee.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This description applies to both in office and online services. We can meet either in my office in Newport, CA or have a session over the phone or Zoom. The sessions have the same structure. I will conduct follow-ups on your progress, your current situation, or any positive or negative issues that may arise. I may ask about your goals for a particular session. We will explore next steps and you will eventually chose practice exercises. You will also have the opportunity to communicate with me through the email between sessions if you feel it would support your progress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree from Krasnodarskiy University of Culture, Russia where I studied music, psychology and sociology. I am Certified Professional Life Coach and Certified Professional Intuitive Coach Numerologist. I'm a certified yoga instructor and practice techniques daily. Yoga and meditation are essential parts of my every day routine. I have studied with numerous spiritual teachers and gurus for more than 29 years, including Sai-Maa Lakshmi Devi, guru/spiritual master, healer, humanitarian; Master Sha, Tai Chi, energy healer, Tai Chi and Qigong Master, Tony Robbins, well-known public figure, speaker and coach, and many, many more..I am also a certified Rei-Ki and Tai-Chi practitioner and believe being a better human is keeping your health in good condition. Previous to my focus on coaching, I was a small business owner of a bilingual child care for more than 14 years, and specialized in developing my intuition and Spiritual Numerology. I consider myself a student of life because I never stop learning.
