I called WaterHeater SOS to flush my heater. My heater was 10+ old. Mr. Kevin Richardson came to my home. He was kind, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, he knew what he was doing. He advised me to replace some old part which already warned out and it may increase the life of heater. He did an excellent job. He replaced parts, flush the waterheater and completed work. Thank you!

Had WaterHeater SOS out to install a waterheater. It turned out being undersized for our household and water usage. They came back out within 2 hours of calling them to let them know without hesitation. The service manager gladly met our needs by upgrading our tank for a larger one that was better suited for our home at no extra cost. Our new tank was switch out same day. Very respectable and courteous service. Definitely would recommend their services!
