Would give 6 stars if I could! Water Heater SOS is hands down the best choice for any plumbingrepairs or upgrades.Ivan and Arturo were very professional, informative, and did top notch work. They exceeded all our expectations in every which way. They did a fantastic job cleaning up after and programming our system to regenerate at the perfect time each month. Shon, from Water Heater SOS was absolutely fantastic! He came out to install a Phyn device and went above and beyond by also installing a new main water shutoff valve, a pressure-reducing valve, and a thermal expansion tank connected to my water heater to regulate pressure.He was incredibly professional, courteous, and patienthe took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. The quality of his work is top-notch, and honestly it looks pretty. Everything is clean, neat, and thoughtfully done.Bonus points because he also BRAVED my driveway and made it up without issue, which is a feat in itself I couldnt be happier with the service and would absolutely recommend Shon and Water Heater SOS to anyone looking for quality plumbing work done right.

Kevin was easy to deal with and fixed the problem which was extensive. He left the outside area where the drain pipe was replaced better than he found it.
