The wedding is not until December but I like how quickly he responded, how much he listened and catered his bid to my specific needs, he was flexible and was clear. No nickel and diming the quote. I hope the food is as delicious as it sounds!!! Will share photos and review after the event

We hired Jose to cater our wedding of 120 people and he did not disappoint! In fact, Jose and his team went over the top to ensure a smooth event. So many people complimented us on the choice of food as it was delicious! We would not hesitate to recommend Jose for your event, nor would we hesitate to hire him again! Our wedding featured tri-tip steak, grilled chicken, mixed veggies, and fall salad. Jose truly went above and beyond to ensure him and his team were seamless in interacting with the wedding part.

My husband and I highly recommend MR. WORLDWIDE CATERING! Jose, the Owner and Chef, was incredible every step of the way, we were looking for a caterer for our wedding only a couple months out after another caterer fell through and Jose stepped and truly outdid himself! I wish I had found him in the beginning. He went above and beyond all our expectations. Mr. Worlwide Catering's food is absolutely delicious! The variety of food options and Jose's willingness to work with our tastes was phenomenal. Literally, every wedding guest told us they LOVED Jose's food and were very impressed with the varietes and flavors. Sadly, often wedding food is bland and uninspired, luck for us Jose is passionate about his food and ensured it was absolutely mouth watering! Jose's incredible food is only outdone by his work ethic, reliability and impeccable professionalism! He truly cared about us and our special day, ensuring our needs were met, even personally serving us our plates to ensure we sat and ate knowing weddings get hectic for the bride and groom. My husband and I are so grateful Jose was our caterer and have 100% confidence that he is THE caterer to trust for every event!

I hired Jose for my wedding. His food was excellent and he was so professional at the tasting that we went to. Jose was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions/concerns over several months while I was planning my wedding. The caterer at a wedding has a huge job, and for my wedding day I felt like everything went so smoothly. His staff were so professional, friendly and dedicated to making all of our guests happy. He showed up on time and set up everything flawlessly and exactly as we had talked about. I am so happy that I found Jose for my wedding! I would highly recommend him and his staff for any event! Not only is it important to have a caterer that makes good food, but also have someone who cares about his clients and wants to provide the very best customer service and from my experience Jose did exactly this. He went above and beyond and we couldn't have been happier! Thank you Jose!

I don't even know where to begin! Jose is an amazing caterer and I am so happy we hired him for our wedding this past Friday. When we were first tasting caterers food they all seemed metiocre but Joses was amazing! We hired him on the spot! Not to mention he was the most reasonable price! Then everyone was making me nervous saying that catered food is never as good when they have too cool it in large quantities (we had 180 people). When we got to the reception everyone was already eating appetizers and happy. When Jose spotted my husband and I he came up to us and told us he had made us each an appetizer plate and if we wanted it. Then he came up to me to make sure I wanted dinner served when I had originally asked. I did and he brought us the first 2 plates. The food was amazing! Just as good as I remember! Everyone was so pleased and kept talking about how the food was the best they had ever had at a wedding! That was exactly what I wanted! His bartender was amazing and all his staff was so friendly. The setup looked nice and professional. The drinks he brought were great and everyone was talking about how great the mint water was! Then I ordered cheeseburger sliders and French fries to be served late night and they were amazing! He even brought wings and everyone was so excited! They went fast and by the time I got over there everything was gone. Jose told me let me get your plates and pulled out two foil covered plates. He always thought of us first and without him I wouldn't have eaten. All day everything had hiccups and my rentals were late, everything was slightly wrong except Jose! He really came through and went above and beyond. I will definitely hire him again for any events and recommend him to the fullest!

My pricing is very simple and straightforward. I charge on a per person basis. All of my fees are taken into account and I charge per person only.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I stay very involved from initial meeting to the day of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After finishing my culinary degree, I was able to build some great relationships with the certified master chefs at the Art Institute. They allow me to sit in on there lectures and labs, this allows me to keep up with the latest trends and techniques in the culinary world.
