- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very simple and straightforward. I charge on a per person basis. All of my fees are taken into account and I charge per person only.

I stay very involved from initial meeting to the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After finishing my culinary degree, I was able to build some great relationships with the certified master chefs at the Art Institute. They allow me to sit in on there lectures and labs, this allows me to keep up with the latest trends and techniques in the culinary world.
