Robert arrived on time and did a very good job replacing my broken garbagedisposal with the new one as I requested. He was thorough with his work. It was a pleasant experience talking with Robert about the repair work. Highly recommend!

I had a clog/leaking issue late last night and Robert got back to me immediately to come out today and was right on time! He was very informative on the issue and explained thoroughly what he was doing and what my options were. And he was in and out of here in no time. I appreciate his rates too! Cant find another plumber willing to work with me on stuff like this. Will 100% be calling him for further issues! Highly recommended.

First thing, he show up early and prepared. He was kind and got straight to work. A potential problem could have happen but before working he informed me. Then asked if he could proceed, which was awesome. He explain what he would do to not crack my tile because the person before his used the wrong stuff. Everything ended up being just fine and he installed my new toilet without any issues. He is definitely, someone I will do business with in the future. Also had good prices to match the work he was doing.

Robert quickly responded to my request and was able to make a same day stop at my house to provide a detailed quote. He got right to it, popping his head into a gaping hole in my garage ceiling and inspecting possible causes of my leak. After fifteen minutes of testing and inspecting - Robert had his answer.
We scheduled for the following Monday (a non-emergency job) and Robert was on-time and knocked out the job with professionalism and good pace. Fair price for good work - our leak is fixed and our new toilet is installed. Wife is happy, I'm happy. Thank you Robert!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I consider myself a fair priced plumber. I understand everyone has a budget. Im always considerate about keeping my pricing fair and reasonable. I know there is a lack trustworthy companies for residential service thus the reason for me sticking around for home owners.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request as much info from the customer via text, email or voice call. I try to obtain the most information for my self to prepare for the job. As well as to provide the most accurate bid. I also like to request if I can come out to the job location in person to bid the job. It's a very bad business decision to bid on a job without seeing what really needs to get done. Nobody likes surprises!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is on a daily basis. I learn something new everyday !
